Kieran arrived on time as specified, which was the first relief. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the issue, particularly with the floor drain backup during wash cycles, which happens about once a year. Kieran approached the problem from a different angle than any other plumbers and was forthcoming with ideas and suggestions to prevent this from happening in the future. His advice made sense, and he laid out the plumbing structure in layman's terms. Everything works great now, and I will try his suggestions to keep the system in better condition.
